Harvey Starling began his mission to the Romanian people in Pitesti, Romania in 1994.  Since that time, God has blessed the mission with seven churches in the Dolj, Arges, and Valcea regions that maintain a total average attendance of three-hundred Christians.  Currently, Romanian Christians teach all the Bible classes each Sunday and do all

the preaching.
